Recruitment firm Sanderson has invested €3m in an expansion of its business, which will create 50 new jobs over the next two years.
The business recently moved to a larger Dublin head-office, and also opened a new Limerick office this month, serving Munster and Connacht.
Further expansion is also planned, with work underway on sourcing and staffing additional regional offices by the end of 2020.
The company's clients in Ireland include Aviva, Coca-Cola, Sky, Kelloggs, AIB, Royal London Ireland, Permanent TSB, Keyword Studios and Virgin Media.
Client demand is driving the business expansion, the company's Managing Director Donal O'Donoghue said.
"Turnover is growing at around 30%, year on year, as industry increasingly relies on professional recruitment support in the search for talent," Mr O'Donoghue said.
