Travel software company Datalex said it is confident it will again deliver double digit growth in adjusted EBITDA for the full year.

In a trading update issued ahead of its AGM in Dublin today, the company said its trading performance so far this year has been in line with expectations.

The company said it continues to drive revenue growth from its existing customer base, while its new business pipeline continues to expand.

Datalex also said it is targeting the Travel Loyalty market and it recently signed a deal to deliver a new loyalty commerce platform to Multiplus of Brazil.

"Entry into the loyalty commerce sector represents a major opportunity for our future growth, and provides further momentum to our business development strategy," commented the company's chairman Paschal Taggart.

In a note, Davy stockbrokers said that Datalex remains on course to achieve its ninth consecutive year of double-digit growth in adjusted EBITDA.

"The necessary conditions for such performance - a growing niche, a scalable model and management focus on execution - remain in place and while the capitalisation of a strong pipeline remains a key variable, we are encouraged that the opportunity set continues to grow," the stockbrokers added.
