Drinks group has agreed C&C an exclusive distribution partnership with Tsingtao Brewery Company for the importation and distribution of Tsingtao beer in Ireland and the UK.
Tsingtao is China's biggest beer company.
"This distribution agreement is consistent with our strategy to build an international premium brand portfolio that complements our national and local heritage brands," said C&C's group chief executive Stephen Glancey.
"We are excited about this partnership, the opportunity to broaden Tsingtao's presence and to introduce this quality beer to discerning consumers across the UK and Ireland," he added.
The new agreement will take effect from July of this year.
