Support services company DCC has completed its acquisition of Shell's LPG business in Hong Kong and Macau.
The €140.5m deal was announced in April of last year and marked the firm's first significant investment outside of Europe.
DCC has said it hopes to build a significant presence in the global LPG market over time.
The company is headquartered in Ireland but trade on the London Stock Exchange.
