Homebuilding company Cairn Homes has secured full planning permission for 86 apartments at one of its sites in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
The Greenfield Park site previously had planning for 70 units.
In a statement today, the company said it expects to start construction on the project in early 2018.
The company also received full planning permission from Wicklow County Council for the construction of 192 residential units at the second phase of its Glenheron development in Greystones, Co Wicklow.
The construction of phase two will start immediately.
Meanwhile, full planning permission has also been granted by Dublin City Council for 22 additional large houses at Cairn's Marianella development in Rathgar in Dublin 6.
