Devine's Worldwide Chauffeur Services has announced the creation of 35 jobs as it opens its new offices in Santry in north Dublin.
Devine's said it will create the posts over the next 24 months and will have invested a further €2m in the expansion of the business by 2018.
The company, which drives the world's biggest entertainers and performers when they travel to Ireland, started off with one man with a car in 1978.
It now has a fleet of over 40 cars and a staff of 60.
Three generations of the family are now involved, with owner Mick Devine still at the helm.
The company also said it will launch new technology in December that will allow passengers to make reservations on an app and watch as their vehicle arrives via their smart phone.
