US ratings agency Kroll Bond has confirmed plans to establish its European headquarters in Dublin.
It is the company's first office outside of the US and the company is expected to employ around 100 people within the next three years.
The company was established in 2010 and employs around 275 people in the US.
KBRA has published over 8,000 ratings totalling $740 billion.
The company's chief executive Jim Nadler said the company were "grateful" for Dublin's welcoming reception.
"We look forward to our growth within Dublin and across Europe", he added.

The chief executive of IDA Ireland said he was "delighted" that KBRA have chosen Ireland over several other European destinations.
"This is another Brexit win for Ireland and indicates that financial institutions that may have previously chosen London now view Dublin as a viable post Brexit solution," Martin Shanahan said.
"With the European economy growing faster than the American economy, now is the time to be optimistic about Europe and Ireland remains unwavering in its commitment," the IDA chief added.
Yesterday, insurer XL Group also said it would move its European Union insurance company from Britain to Ireland in 2018 as a result of the Brexit vote.
