Homecare provider Bluebird Care has announced the creation of 370 jobs at its 26 offices across the country.
Recruitment is due to begin at several centres in the west, the southeast and Dublin regions in the coming weeks.
It will see the company grow its home care team by a fifth.
A range of new roles, including registered nurses and healthcare assistants, will be filled by the company.
