Hibernia REIT has let another 24,000 square feet of its Windmill Lane development to marketing communications group Core Media.
Core Media will occupy the third floor of 1WML on a 21 year lease, with 12 years term certain.
It will pay an initial rent of €1.4m a year including annual contributions to the reception and townhall areas and car parking, and will receive six months rent free.
1WML totals 124,000 sq ft of offices and comprises some retail space as well as 14 residential units.
It is one of five properties which Hibernia owns in the SOBO District of Dublin's South Docks, comprising about 400,000 sq ft of office space, some of which is still under construction.
Hibernia previously announced the letting of 36,000 sq ft on the fourth and fifth floors of the building to data integration services firm Informatica Ireland.
It said that discussions are continuing with other potential tenants regarding the remaining space in the office block.
