AIB has confirmed users of its internet business banking service continued to experience intermittent technical issues today.
Problems with the service first surfaced on Monday, with the system operating more slowly and customers not being able to log in.
The bank has been extending payment cut-off times for the service into the evening this week, to ensure payments are processed.
In a statement today, AIB said this extension has "enabled all payments to be made on time".
Regular updates will be posted on the lender's website until the issue has been fully resolved.
