Building materials group Grafton has appointed Vincent Crowley and Susan Murray as new non-executive directors on its board.
Mr Crowley is a non-executive director of C&C and is also executive chairman of Altas Investments, an Irish company that holds investments in infrastructure and related businesses.
He also held a number of executive roles with Independent News & Media, including chief executive and chief operating officer.
Ms Murray is non-executive director of Compass Group, a FTSE 100 listed company that provides food and support services globally in over 50 countries, and 2 Sisters Food Group, a food manufacturing company.
She was also on the board of Chairman of Farrow & Ball and Pernod Ricard, Imperial Tobacco, Enterprise Inns, Aberdeen Asset Management, SSL International and William Morrison Supermarkets.
Among her other positions, she was a former CEO of Littlewoods Stores and a former CEO of The Pierre Smirnoff Company, part of Diageo.
