Permanent TSB Group Holdings has appointed Andrew Power to its board as a non-executive director.
Mr Power is a former partner in the Consulting arm of Deloitte UK where he specialised in working with Retail Financial Services companies.
He has has extensive experience around strategy development and operational model transformation/process improvement.
In a statement, the bank said that Mr Power will be joining both the Audit and Remuneration committees of its board.
