Property investment company Hibernia REIT said it has completed the refurbishment of Cumberland House in Dublin city centre ahead of schedule.
The company has also let the remaining 33,000 sq ft of available space to Mobile Travel Technologies.
MTT will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building on 25 year leases and will pay an initial rent of about €1.8m a year after receiving five months rent free from when the lease starts - expected by November 1.
The company provides mobile travel technology and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NYSE-listed company Travelport Worldwide Limited.
The lease for the rest of the 135,000 sq ft building, which was pre-let Twitter, has also started.
Hibernia purchased Cumberland House in March 2015 for €51m.
It spent about €29m on extensive refurbishment works, which finished ahead of the scheduled completion date of the final quarter of 2016.
The office block has been renamed as 1 Cumberland Place.
