Cork-headquartered Zevas Communications is to create 40 jobs across its Cork and Dublin offices.

The provider of outsourced customer contact services said the new positions follow a period of sustained growth and expansion, with the headcount at the firm set to rise from 145 to 185.

The jobs will be across telesales, business development, and quality – with recruitment beginning immediately.

The majority of the positions will be based in Cork.

Founded in 2001, Zevas has Irish offices in Cork and Dublin, with satellite branches in Hamburg and Moscow.

The company delivers customer sales and support services on behalf of global brands including Google and PayPal, as well as Irish technology companies across sectors, including utilities.

Zevas COO John O’Sullivan said the expansion “will allow us scale up faster and continue to shine bright on the world stage of outsourced customer contact solutions.

“While we’re offering 40 jobs for now, I expect this to be just the start of our ongoing recruitment with ambitious plans to treble our employee numbers by 2019.”
