Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard has been named Producer of the Year at this year’s International Spirits Challenge (ISC).

The company also topped the ‘World Whiskies’ group.

Irish Distillers picked up the awards at an ISC award ceremony, held at the Honourable Artillery Company in Central London last week.

The firm’s Head Distiller Brian Nation said it was “a huge honour to be part of a team that is collectively recognised as producer of the year for all world whiskies, and a fantastic motivation to continue crafting our award-winning products with the utmost care and consistency.”

Irish Distillers also collected awards across its portfolio of Irish whiskeys on the night.

The annual ISC receives more than 1,300 entries from nearly 70 countries worldwide.
