Property company Green REIT has announced plans to sell some of its assets valued at almost €169m.
Four of the six properties included in the "Glas" portfolio are in Dublin.
They include the Arena Centre in Tallaght, Ormond Building in Dublin city centre, Classon House in Dublin 14 and Parnell Car Park in Dublin 1.
The other two assets are Globe Retail Park in Naas and Parkway Retail Park in Limerick.
Green REIT said the portfolio "provides exposure to almost all Irish property sectors, with a diversified and secure income stream".
The company said it was selling the properties to help it reach its goal of a 25% gearing level - the amount of debt it has compared to its equity.
Pat Gunne, CEO, Green Property REIT Ventures Limited, said that the company recently acquired full control of Central Park and announced that it would be making a number of asset disposals in 2016 to achieve that objective.
