Just Eat, a digital facility for takeaway food delivery with over 11.5m users, has announced an improved revenue forecast for 2015.

Owing to strong order growth in the third quarter and increased confidence for Q4, Just Eat has increased its revenue expectations for the full year from £230m (€322m) to slightly over £240m (€336m).

Year-on-year order growth up to the end of June was 50%, with the company saying it benefitted marginally from poor weather over the summer.

More than 74% of its orders in the UK between July and September were made via a mobile device.

During Q3 Just Eat, which is headquartered in London, acquired two businesses globally including ‘Nifty Nosh’ in Northern Ireland.

The company allows customers to search for local takeaway restaurants and place orders online.
