Building materials group CRH has appointed Senan Murphy as its Group Finance Director.
Mr Murphy will take up his new role in January and succeeds Maeve Carton who will become Group Transformation Director at the company .
Mr Murphy is a Chartered Accountant and joins CRH from Bank of Ireland Group where he is currently the chief operating officer and a member of the group's executive committee.
He previously worked at Ulster Bank, Airtricity and in GE, both in Ireland and the US.
