Irish Residential Properties REIT has completed a deal to buy 92 apartments across four residential apartment blocks as well as a three story detached crèche building at Tyrone Court in Inchicore, Dublin 8.
The REIT said the deal is worth €19.45m, including VAT, but excluding other transaction costs.
The company said it was funded by the company's €60m revolving credit facility.
Tyrone Court is fully occupied and has annualised passing rents of about €1.5m.
The apartments comprise four three-bedroom duplex units, three three-bed, 62 two-bed, and 23 one-bed apartments.
