Exploration company Petroceltic said its chief financial officer, Tom Hickey, has been re-appointed to the company's board with immediate effect.
He had previously served on the board from December 2010 to July 2014.
Petroceltic also said that its chief operating officer David Thomas is to leave company for personal reasons and is expected to leave next month.
Among other management changes, the company said that Neeve Billis has been appointed a Senior Independent Director and has joined its Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees while Nicholas Gay has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and has also joined the Nominations Committee.
