A number of investment firms have been shortlisted to buy the buildings housing Facebook’s European headquarters on Dublin’s Grand Canal Square.
Bloomberg reports that final bidders for the two buildings include JPMorgan Chase & Co affiliate, Hibernia REIT, Union Investment and Irish Life Group.
Chartered Land is the developer behind the two buildings, which were designed by Daniel Libeskind.
The National Asset Management Agency had previously provided funding to the firm in order to complete the second building.
They were put on sale in November with an asking price of €216m as part of the Tara Collection, which also includes the nearby One Grand Parade and Alexandra House in Ballsbridge.
