New figures from the Central Statistics Office show that manufacturing prices - or factory gate prices - rose by 0.3% in November.
The CSO said that on an annual basis, factory gate prices increased by 0.6% in November compared to the same time last year.
Today's figures show that the most main factors behind the monthly change were a 1.2% rise in the price of other food products including bread and confectionary, while computer, electronic and optical produces rose by 1% and basic pharmaceutical products increased by 0.9%.
There were monthly decreases in dairy products - down 0.9% - and other non-metallic mineral products, which eased by 0.4%.
On an annual basis, printing and reproduction of recorded media rose 7.5%, while other food products increased by 3.7% and computer, electronic and optical products increased 2.6%.
The CSO said there were falls in dairy products (down 6.4%), while grain milling, starches and animal feeds fell by 4.6% and basic pharmaceutical products dipped 0.4%.
