Mark Little is stepping down as chief executive of the social news agency Storyful to take on a new role at the company.
Mr Little, who founded the company in 2010, will take on the newly created role of director of editorial innovation.
He will be replaced by Rahul Chopra, who has previously worked as the company's chief revenue officer.
Storyful, which is based in Dublin, was bought by News Corp last December.
Mark Little said the move had been planned for some time.
"It reflects the proven success of Storyful’s integration with News Corp and the growth in our ambitions for the years ahead," Mr Little said in a statement.
"We now have a world-class team across three continents and I have my dream job, part of a team building the most innovative company on a rapidly changing media landscape," he added.
