Dalata Hotel Group has agreed a deal to buy two more hotels - the Clayton Hotel in Galway and Whites Hotel in Wexford - for a total of €31.7m.
Both hotels, marketed by CBRE Hotels as part of the Ulster Bank Project Nadal, have been operated by Dalata since 2009 under management contract.
It is expected that these transactions will complete within a month.
Pat McCann, Dalata's chief executive, said the latest deals are part of the hotel group's strategy to assemble a portfolio of high quality hotel assets in Ireland.
The Clayton Hotel in Galway is a 4 star hotel and is close to the famous Ballybrit Racecourse. It contains 195 rooms as well as a bar, a restaurant and conference facilities including a ballroom and 10 meeting rooms.
Whites Hotel in Wexford is also a 4 star hotel. Located in Wexford town, it contains 157 rooms as well as a bar, a restaurant, a spa & leisure facility and conference facilities including a ballroom and 10 meeting rooms.
