Hibernia REIT has invested €267m in property since the start of April, according to an interim management statement from the property trust.

The company, which holds its annual general meeting today, has made a total of eight acquisitions during that time, most of which were on office space in the Dublin market.

As a result, it said it had invested the majority of the €372m raised during its initial public offering in December 2013 and is currently considering all options available for raising further funds.

This would include raising debt on its existing real estate portfolio, which Hibernia REIT said was currently generating a 4.1% yield.
