Bank of Ireland chief executive Richie Boucher was paid a total remuneration package of €843,000 last year.
The figure is unchanged from a year earlier.
Mr Boucher continued to waive €67,000 of his salary, according to the bank's annual report.
His gross salary was €690,000 and the company paid €186,000 towards his pension.
He received benefits valued at €34,000.
Last week the bank reported an underlying pre-tax loss of €569 million for last year, down from almost €1.5 billion in 2012.
