Irish firm Cleverbug has raised more than €4.4 million in equity following a recent funding round.
The investment - lead by Delta Partners - brings to almost €6 million the total raised by the Dublin-based firm since its foundation.
The company’s main product is its CleverCards app, which allows people to create personalised greetings cards based on people’s Facebook profiles.
CleverBug, which is headquartered in Dublin and has offices in Palo Alto, California, said it would also create 25 new positions following the investment.
CEO and founder Kealan Lennon said they hoped to continue to “improve the service and introduce new products” in the months ahead.
