Boylesports has expanded its chain of betting shops to 192 outlets with the acquisition of Tom Flood Bookmakers.
The Dublin-based retailer has seven outlets which will will rebranded as Boylesports shops. Boylesports is to spend up to €3m to revamp the betting shops in locations such as Coolock, Clondalkin and Tallaght where Tom Flood has three outlets.
The seven new outlets close the gap between Boylesports and Paddy Power, the largest Irish retail chain. Paddy Power has 210 shops in Ireland.
