Green REIT has appointed Niall O'Buachalla as its new Chief Operating Officer of Green REIT Property Ventures, the company’s Investment Manager.
He will take up the job in January.
The Irish property investment company said that the role of COO will incorporate the management of all financial, regulatory and risk functions of Green REIT as well as co-ordination of transactions and debt structuring of its asset portfolio.
Niall O'Buachalla has over a decade of experience in the commercial property sector and previously held positions as Finance Director at Burlington Real Estate, where he was a co-founder, and Treasury Holdings.
