The former Irish Nationwide Building Society headquarters on Dublin's Grand Parade is to go on the market with a guide price of €13m.
The building has been put up for sale by the joint liquidators of IBRC and the sale will be handled by property consultants CBRE.
The seven storey building comprises an area of over 42,000 square feet on an overall site of about 1.7 acres.
The site has dual zoning under the Dublin City Council Development Plan for 2011 to 2017, which allows for a variety of uses - subject to planning permission - including hotel, office, residential, education, embassy and medical related uses.
