A supermarket proprietor has had to pay interest, tax and penalties of €1.59m to the Revenue Commissioners.
Ji Rong Zheng, with an address in 157 Parnell Street, Dublin 1, reached the settlement relating to under-declaration of VAT and income tax following a Revenue audit.
His name was published in Revenue's latest tax defaulters list, along with 127 others, for the three-month period until the end of March.
The settlements in these cases came to a total of €20m.
Ivan Diver, a retired employee of Coolcholly, Ballyshannon, Co Donegal made a settlement of €1.51m for under-declaration of income and capital gains tax following an investigation into offshore assets and insurance products.
