NCB has been renamed as Investec, following Investec's deal to buy the company last year.
Over the next two months, all 120 NCB staff currently based at Dublin's IFSC will move on a phased basis to Harcourt Street in Dublin city centre.
An additional ten London-based Investec workers will join the Dublin office to strengthen its corporate lending base here. This brings the total number of Investec employees based in Ireland to 230.
Investec has been in Ireland for 13 years and focuses on private banking, wealth and investment banking for a domestic and international client base.
NCB has about €1.8 billion of private client funds under management.
''Today's announcement is a logical stage in the integration of both businesses and marks a new stage in the life of Investec which has had a presence in Ireland since 2000,'' commented Michael Cullen, chief executive of Investec in Ireland.
''This unified brand is a hugely positive step for all our clients, demonstrating our commitment to growing our financial services business in Ireland,'' he added.
