Aer Lingus' annual report shows that its chief executive Christoph Mueller was paid €1.29m in 2012, up from the figure of €1.24m in 2011.
The annual report was published today.
It also shows that Aer Lingus chairman Colm Barrington's pay was unchanged at €126,000 last year.
Last month, Aer Lingus said that its full year revenues for 2012 increased by 8.2% to €1.393 billion from €1.288 billion. Operating profits before exceptional items jumped 40.7% to €69.1m from €49.1m.
The airline said it carried a total of 10.8 million passengers during the year - the highest number flown in a single year by the group.
