Ulster Bank has announced the appointment of Ellvena Graham to the new position of Head of Ulster Bank Northern Ireland.
Ms Graham will report to Ulster Bank's chief executive, Jim Brown.
A statement from the bank said that Ms Graham will be responsible for the leadership of Ulster Bank Group within Northern Ireland.
She will represent ''the bank with all key stakeholders including Government, industry bodies and consumer groups,'' the statement added.
She will assume the new position immediately while continuing her role as chief operating officer for the group as a whole.
