Food company Greencore has appointed Glanbia's group managing director, John Moloney, as a non-executive director.
The appointment is effective immediately.
Mr Moloney, aged 58, is also a director of DCC.
''John adds further deep sectoral and international experience to the board, which will help support the group's next phase of development,'' commented Greencore's chairman Gary Kennedy.
