A trade union has made a settlement with the Revenue Commissioners for €146,800, according to the latest tax defaulters list.

The Building and Allied Trades Union with an address in Blessington Street, Dublin 7, has had to pay interest, tax and penalties for under-declaration of PAYE and PRSI following an audit.

Meanwhile, a foundation with an address in Liechtenstein has made a settlement for €3.2m for under-declaration of discretionary trust tax.

The Fondation Quatre Chevaux was subject to Revenue Offshore investigation.

Car dealership John McCarthy Motors in Fermoy, Co Cork, which is in liquidation, also made a settlement of €2.6m for under-declaration of VAT.
