100 jobs are to be created in Dublin with the opening of two new Nando's restaurants in Blanchardstown and Liffey Valley.

It brings to nine the number of Nando's restaurants on the island of Ireland and the total workforce to 380 people.

Nando's has been operating here since 2008 when it opened a restaurant in Belfast's Victoria Square.

Recruitment has already begun and a number of roles have already been filled.

"The addition of 100 new full and part-time jobs demonstrates our commitment to Ireland and represents good news for Nando's and the local communities we serve," Alan Snyman, Managing Director of Nando's Ireland said.
