A property in Dublin which was sold for 550 thousand euros in mid-July has been sold again for 685 thousand at the latest Allsop Space Auction.
The recently established Residential Property Price Register reveals that the earlier sale of 23 Northumberland Road in Ballsbridge took place on July 19th.
The property is one of more than 120 lots being auctioned at the Shelbourne Hotel.
Allsop Space says 2250 people had visited the auction by lunchtime.
€17,774,000 was raised at today's Allsop Space auction in the Shelbourne Hotel.
110 lots sold, with just eight failing to sell and nine being withdrawn.
The tally brings to €54.2m the amount Allsop Space has raised from the sale of properties in Ireland this year, with one more auction to be held before the end of 2012.
€52.4m was raised from four auctions in 2011.
The eight auctions have yielded 106.6 million in total.
