The Odyssey Pavilion entertainment complex in Belfast has gone on sale with a £10 million (€12.59m) price tag.
The venue - which adjoins the Odyssey Arena and W5 Science Centre - has a 12-screen cinema, ten pin bowling alley, IMAX cinema and a range of bars and restaurants.
The company which previously ran the pavilion, which opened in 2001, went into administration in 2010.
At the time its director, well known Belfast developer Peter Curistan, allegedly owed more than £70m to the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, formerly Anglo Irish Bank.
Mr Curistan and IBRC then became embroiled in a long-running legal battle.
Administrator KPMG issued instructions for the pavilion to be sold. Real estate advisers Savills are handling the sale.
Ben Turtle from Savills claimed it was one of the best leisure investment opportunities in Britain and Ireland at the moment.
"The Odyssey complex is Belfast's only dedicated large-scale leisure facility, and the sale of the Pavilion offers a fantastic opportunity to reposition and rejuvenate this already popular leisure destination to suit the changing leisure marketplace," he said.
"The Odyssey Pavilion enjoys a very prominent landmark position within Belfast city centre and alongside the Odyssey Arena, W5 and the now expanding Titanic Quarter, we believe it represents one of the most exciting leisure investment opportunities within the UK and Ireland."
