DCC has announced the appointment of Jane Lodge as a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee.
This comes into effect from October 4 of this year.
Ms Lodge is also a non-executive Board member of Devro and of Costain Group.
She was a senior audit partner with Deloitte and has over 25 years experience advising global manufacturing companies.
DCC is a sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group and has revenues of over €10 billion.
It employs over 8,600 people in 10 countries.
The company is headquartered in Dublin and is listed under Support Services on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges.
