United Drug have completed the acquisition of the UK and US clinical services Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies from Bilcare Ltd.
With regard to the acquisition Pharmexx, originally announced on July 26, United Drug expects the completion of the deal over the coming weeks.
United Drug is the largest pharmaceutical wholesaler on the island of Ireland and operates in over 20 companies world-wide.
