UTV Media has appointed Richard Huntingford as the company's new chairman.
Helen Kirkpatrick will step down as UTV's interim chairman but will stay on as a non-executive director of the company.
Richard Huntingford was CEO of Chrysalis from 2000 until 2007, while he was also chairman an Boomerang Plus and held non-executive directorships at Creston and Crown Place.
