Ulster Bank says it is aware that a number of credit card payments made from Ulster Bank accounts have not been processed to Ulster Bank credit cards.
It says the issue is one of high priority and is due for processing this evening.
The bank says it is fully confident that it will be resolved with customer credit card balances up-to-date tomorrow.
Ulster Bank said: "Given the scale of the incident, we are continuing to work through a small percentage of outstanding transactions."Ulster Bank says it has started to correct and reverse fees and charges to customers impacted by technical issues at the bank."
The bank has had problems with its IT infrastructure since June 19.
Earlier this week the bank said it would announce details on how to address "out of pocket expenses" and recognition of inconvenience caused.
In a statement this morning, the bank said it will continue to discuss the details of these with regulators, and will provide further details to its customers as soon as possible.
