State Street has announced an increase in revenue, up 1% or €23m in the second quarter of 2012.
The fund administration company employs over 2,000 staff in Ireland in Dublin, Drogheda, Kilkenny and Naas.
The company has also announced the acquisition of hedge fund administration business of Goldman Sachs.
It is understood 40 people employed by Goldman Sachs in Dublin will transfer to State Street under the deal.
Revenue was 3% lower than the second quarter of 2011.
The company intends to pay earnings of $0.98 per share.
