John Slattery, the former managing director of car part maker Läpple Ireland Limited, has been disqualified by the High Court from acting as a company director.
This followed action initiated by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement.
In 2006, Läpple disclosed accounting irregularities which required it to make adjustments totalling €21m.
