The High Court has continued orders freezing assets owned or controlled by members of bankrupt businessman Seán Quinn's family.
The family members include Quinn's five children, his nephew Peter Darragh Quinn and two-sons-in law, Stephen Kelly and Niall McPartland.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly allowed living expenses of €2,000 for each of the defendants until next Wednesday when the matter will come back before the court again.
The court also heard that the defendants will be seeking the payment of legal expenses as well.
The orders were sought by the former Anglo Irish Bank last week.
The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation claimed the family may have continued to take actions to put assets beyond the reach of the bank, during High Court contempt proceedings against Mr Quinn Senior, his nephew and son.
The IBRC wants to transfer the case to the commercial division of the High Court which gives such cases a speedy hearing. However, lawyers for the Quinns say they intend to challenge the transfer of the case on the grounds of a delay by the IBRC in making the application to have the matter transferred.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly adjourned the case until next Wednesday to allow the defendants to prepare their challenge to the transfer.
The IBRC want a full hearing of their case seeking permanent injunctions against the defendants to begin on July 19.
Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne is due to rule on whether or not Seán Quinn, his nephew and his son, Seán Quinn Junior breached High Court orders preventing them from interfering with international assets next Tuesday.
