After its recent successful exit from examinership, Eircom has announced its new board of directors.
Ned Sullivan continues as independent chairman of the board, which he joined in 2008.
Nick Hartery, current chairman of CRH, will continue his term on the board. Chief executive Paul Donovan will also remain on the board of directors.
The three new directors included Bruno Claude, former chief executive of Swiss cable television provider Cablecom and Parm Sandhu, who served as chief executive of Unitymedia until 2010.
Martin Stewart, a former chief financial officer at BSkyB and EMI, also joins the Eircom board.
