Up to 120 jobs are to be created at a new contact centre in Belfast.
BT is expanding its operations in Northern Ireland - where it already employs more than 2,500 people.
The new facility is supported by Invest NI, which is providing funding of over £500,000 to the project.
The BT Group also has a global research and development centre, and two digital care centres, in the North.
