Business services group Siteserv has said that it is in advanced talks which may lead to a sale of all of its operating companies.
In a statement, the company said that such a transaction, should it materialise, will require a vote of shareholders and that at this stage it is not possible to quantify the final financial impact of a deal.
It added that a sale is not expected to have any negative impact for staff, customers, key business relationships or suppliers. It said that a further announcement will be made in ''due course''.
Weekend reports suggested Denis O'Brien was the front runner to buy the company.
