Solicitors for developer Seán Dunne have indicated to the National Asset Management Agency that he will consent to summary judgment orders being made against him at the Commercial Court tomorrow, a judge was told today.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly was told today by counsel for NAMA that solicitors for Mr Dunne had indicated he would be consenting to transfer of the proceedings by NAMA against him to the Commercial Court and to summary judgment.
The proceedings will come before Mr Justice Kelly tomorrow morning.
The case relates to loans made to Mr Dunne personally and to guarantees provided by him over various other loans. NAMA acquired the loans in July 2010 and is claiming summary judgment for some €184.2m against Mr Dunne.
